MONDAY MONDAY
I think weeks need to be rearranged. I have no problem with Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc.
I just don't think our work week should begin on Monday. I propose that Sunday and Monday become the weekend, with the work week beginning on Tuesday.
Once again, as a Latter-Day Saint, Sundays are anything but a day of rest - we have a three-hour meeting block to begin with, additional choir rehearsals, presidency meetings, firesides, lessons to begin preparing to be taught the next Sunday.
So I want Mondays simply to recover from Sundays.
Today: 2 x yogurt -- 300
2 x Fiber one -- 120
ONE piece of toast and peanut butter (I'm eating it as I type) -- 130 + 376
TOTAL -- 926
Rats - it's too late to drive into Dairy Queen, isn't it?

FAST SUNDAY... HA!
Latter-Day Saints have the first Sunday of every month scheduled as what we call "Fast Sunday." We are encouraged to abstain for food or drink for at least two meals, and donate as much as we can to our church's charity funds.
I was, at one time, very diligent about maintaining a 24 hour fast. Then it got down to 12 hours... maybe... on good months. After that, it became just food - I would get dizzy way too quickly if I got dehydrated at all.
Finally I would try to give up something... like chocolate... for at least my church meeting block... again, on a good month.
Today:
Yogurt x 2 -- 300
Fiber One x 2-- 120
Toast and Peanut Butter x 2 -- 260+376
Popcorn -- 200
TOTAL -- 1,256
