NADA, NITCH, NULL, NAID, SIFURI

Did you know that the development of using zero has been attributed to the Chinese, Indians (Eastern) and Mayan's (Indians Western)? And it wasn't used in Europe until the 3rd century?

And zero is better than a positive number - at least in my weight control experiment.

So lost no weight, but also didn't gain any.

I am going to have to amp up my exercise. The dogs and I took a faster walk this morning and I'm doing some home projects which involve moving large objects.

Anyone know an algebraic formula where I can turn zero into a negative number just to encourage myself?
